Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, along with proof of purchase. -
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including personalized jewelry and clearance items, are not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions for specific return eligibility before purchasing. -
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@designerhomeefragrances.com. We will provide a return authorization code and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. -
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. -
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
