   To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, along with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
   Certain items, including personalized jewelry and clearance items, are not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions for specific return eligibility before purchasing.

3. Return Process
   To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@designerhomeefragrances.com. We will provide a return authorization code and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
   If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges
   If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are permitted if the desired item is in stock.
